By creating an account or using Vistale, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

Vistale provides tools for saving places, recording travel activity, building itineraries and sharing selected trip information. Features may change, be limited by region or provider availability, or be withdrawn with reasonable notice when practical.

Maps, routes, place information and location readings may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Verify opening hours, accessibility, conditions, reservations and safety with authoritative sources. Vistale is not an emergency, navigation-safety or booking service.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Vistale the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the service. When you create a public trip link, you authorize the displayed public fields to be accessible to anyone with that link until you disable it.

Do not misuse the service, access another person's account, probe security controls, automate abusive traffic, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use public sharing to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Vistale may depend on maps, place data, email, storage and other third-party services. Their availability and separate terms may affect related features. Vistale does not make purchases, reservations or external commitments on your behalf unless a future feature states so clearly and asks for confirmation.

You may stop using Vistale or delete your account at any time. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, comply with law or address material violations of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a way to contact support.

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Vistale is not responsible for travel-provider decisions, changing real-world conditions or indirect losses arising from reliance on map or itinerary information. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms as Vistale evolves. The effective date will be posted here, and material changes will receive additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms.
